Focus Cayo Expert named bike of the year! - 19/12/2007
The Focus Cayo Expert has just won the Cycling Plus Bike of The Year!
Taking into account all the bikes released in 2007 based on performance and value they have chosen the Cayo Expert as their number 1. This is great news for the Focus brand as a whole and we are now raring to get into 2008 and to see what the coming year has to offer for us.
The Cayo Expert was also voted best bike in the Core Race category for 2007.
Focus 2008 bikes are here! - 21/09/2007
You can now see the eagerly anticipated 2008 Focus bike range! It includes more full-suspension MTB's, more road bikes and two new Triathlon specific bikes, as well as all the bikes from the superb 2007 range. Most importantly for everyone... the prices have stayed the same and the specs have got better! We have more of the best selling Focus Cayo road bikes and more Raven hardtails MTBs from focus and these race ready rides have some great upgrades and are certainly lighter, stiffer... and faster! Focus UK welcome Stuart Hayes on board - Great British Triathlete - 30/05/2007
Focus Bikes are proud to announce that top UK triathlete Stuart Hayes will be riding a Focus "Izalco Extreme" and training on a Focus "Izalco Team" for the next two seasons.
Stuart is one of the most respected triathletes in the UK, having competed on the circuit since he was 15 years old. The results speak for themselves; an amazingly consistent determined performer. The future is even more exciting now he is based in Loughborough training under Dan Salcedo, having previously been self coached.
He is one of only six athletes in the UK being funded by the UK Sport World Class Performance Plan and he is amongst very distinct company including World Champs Will Clarke and Tim Don, so as such, we are all very excited here at Focus UK. He has an extensive knowledge on bikes with riding being by far his strongest discipline.

Focus Izalco Team crosses the water - 30/05/2007
We've just released a limited number of the incredible Izalco Team Focus road bike's to our UK distributor - wiggle.
It's the same full carbon Izalco frame as the Extreme but comes specced with SRAM Force instead of Shimano and Mavic Ksyrium ES wheels as opposed to the German lightweights. It is seriously light and finished brilliantly.
Focus Demo Days Announced - 01/03/2007
You may have read or been told that Focus bikes will be available to test ride at the Future Publishing NPS Demo Days.
After racking up some 15 top scoring reviews across the range in 2006 and with another 4 MTB's out on test at the moment plus all the talk on the forums, Focus will be taking 8 bikes from the MTB range to all 5 venues.
Bikes available will be the Dirt Decision 12.9, Black Forest, Black Raider, Raven, Raven Expert and the ladies Zonukwa.
Also available for test ride will be the hotly anticipated First and First Expert, the only full suspension Focus bikes available in the UK. These bikes have won award after award in their native Germany and, in fact, right across Europe due to their unique suspension unit positioning, incredible spec and outstanding performance topped off by the immense value you get from us importing them direct!
These demo days will be the only chance you will get to try out the Focuses in the flesh this year and really see if you agree with the chaps from the mags that they are truly superb!
There will also be a stand with loads of bikes on to have a look at, loads of giveaways, some big comps, free tee's and more...
